Some Cards!

Yikes! I know I know, I barely ever post cards anymore.  Here are a few I've made recently :)  Also don't forget I'm giving away a whole bunch of stuff- check out the post below to be entered!  You have very good odds at winning- woo hoo!

I'm big into making mostly Thank You cards- they seem to be the ones I always end up needing the most.  Maybe one of these days I'll go buckwild and put the focal point of the card on the LEFT handside instead of the right :P

Giveaway Time!

Yup, that's right! And not just ONE winner, I will have 3!  I intially was only going to have one but it's just too much stuff for one person so I figured I'd split it up :)  Here's how it will work.  I have 4 lots of goodies to give away that I will list below and I will choose 3 winners NEXT FRIDAY.  The first winner will get their pick of 2 of the lots, the second winner will get their pick of the remaining 2 lots, and the third winner gets the last lot :)  Plus I'll cover the shipping!  Here's what you need to do to win

1.) Leave a comment under THIS post
2.) If you want another entry you can write about my giveaway on your blog and then come back here and link to it
3.)  Come back to my blog NEXT FRIDAY to see if you've won.  You must email me if you win- i WILL NOT hunt you down to alert you if you've won, I will just draw another winner.  I figure the point of a giveaway is to say Thank You to my readers, so you actually need to read my blog to see if you win :)

SO here's what's up for grabs!

Lot #1:

This lot is 44 sheets of fun and bright pages.  It includes pages from the "Truly Scrumptious", "Dear Diary" and "Very Virginia" kit from Noel Mignon.  This includes specialty die-cut and sewn pages and is full of Sassafrass, We R Memory Keepers, Fancy Pants, My Minds Eye, BoBunny, Basic Grey, Cosmo Cricket (Circa 1934), and even some Disney and baby themed pages too.

Lot #2

This lot is full of warm colors, think 'fall' or 'school' theme, although they can really be used for anything, that's just what they make me think of.  This lot includes 34 pages plus 4 sheets of BoBunny cardstock stickers and a sheet of BoBunny cardstock alphabet stickers (not shown).

Lot #3:

This lot is super fun!  It's ALL Halloween!  SOOOO much paper I can't even give you a number but at least 30-40 sheets of halloween paper.  Plus the accessories in this one are really fun- to name a few, I'm including a roll of Hobgoblin Tissue Tape by Tim Holtz, BoBunny Rubons, EchoPark letter stickers, and more!  I think it's safe to say that you'll never need to buy a Halloween themed sheet of paper EVER. haha

Lot #4:

This lot is a little different, most of the packs and some of the packages have been used already so things are already open.  Although this is the biggest lot it is more second hand.  It includes some leftover paper packs of Best Occassions, DCWV Fall Stack, and a variety of fun embellishments.

And that's it!  So remember if you'd like to win any of this just leave me a comment and check back again NEXT FRIDAY!

Now looking through all that cute Halloween paper got me in the Halloween scrapping sorta mood so here's a layout I did of Charlie using my new sewing machine, Tim Holtz rosette dies, and Echo Park's Halloween line.  I also used Designers Calendar cartridge and my Cricut for the title, scallop circle and spiders.  Enjoy!  (he was a terrifying teddy bear this Halloween hehe)

Scrapping Christmas Cards

Told you I'd be back soon!  And more to come later in the week, too :)

Hmm Christmas Layouts in March?  Yup, welcome to "Cassie schedule" :D  Here are some pages I made using the Bedford Falls kit from Noel Mignon.  I haven't printed out my xmas pics yet (we had a tiny santa suit for mr. charlie and it was oh so cute) so I've been scrapping some of my favorite christmas cards that we received this year, pretty much any card with cute kids in it is worthy of saving in my book hehe.

I like to scrap christmas cards because theyre like a premade photo collage all ready to go!

PS you might start noticing some stitching on my layouts....please ignore half of it (I'm still learning, you see hehe)

Gorilla Arms!

Yup that's right, my kid had gorilla arms.  He was fortunate enough to grow out of the condition but I thought I'd commemorate it just the same

Well everyone it's been ages since I've posted and I apologize!  I started my new job but it's over an hour away so by the time I get home and get the little one to bed I don't have much time for much of anything except passing out!  But I'm slowly getting used to the routine so I pinky promise I will have lots of new LO's very very soon AND a giveaway of some awesome paper and embellies.

But hopefully my gorilla armed baby will tide you over (I used the ZooDay Cricut Lite cartridge and cut the gorilla at 7" to use as a mask and then sprayed glimmer mist.  I also used ZooDay for the font and Carousel for the banner).  Enjoy, nice to be back!
