Charlie-isms

Hey ladies!  I'm here today to show a layout I just made using the new Jack and Jill kit from the fabulous NoelMignon.com and using a sketch from Creative Scrappers.

The layout is about some of my favorite sayings of Charlie's.  And of course I forgot like half of them now that I'm looking at it again (he knows ears, nose, mouth, hair, and belly....how could i forget that?! lol).  Lately we've been playing the "LOUD LOUD LOUD quiet quiet quiet" game which has been quite fun.  He's talking up a storm lately....altho I think my favorite saying of his is calling an elephant "Elphie".  This kid is just too cute :)

Also wanted to share some cute Easter photos.....didn't Mr. Charlie look oh so dapper in his bowtie?

I know what you're thinking- this is a GREAT photo....Robb must have taken it, right?  WRONG!  *I* took it!  Yeah, that's right!  Okay .....so maybe Robb had all the settings done and ready to go so all I had to was press the shutter button (is that what it's called?) but STILL.  Talent.  Recognize.

(all of the rest are taken by RobbCyr Photography.com.  and BBBBTTTTWWWW if you live in CT and are in need of a wedding/baby/anything photographer Robb Cyr is your man.  He'll also give you a discount if you tell him I sent ya!)

Sneaking a piece of Easter candy without his enzymes!!  Caught red handed my boy!

Charlie and Daddy :)

These next two are from last week....I just had to share, Charlie is getting this big curly mop of red hair, can't believe he is 20 Months already!!

This kid tries to wear just about everything as a hat :P

Projects, Projects, and More Projects :)

Hi everyone!  I'm so sorry it's been so long since I've posted, but I'm hoping all the content here will make up for it :)

First, I have my projects for the Burlap and Buttercups Idea Gallery using the April Kit and Add On.

Such a versatile kit right??  Next up are some projects I made using the Hopscotch Collection by Pretty Little Studio!  I made an Easter card (tutorial up on their blog here) and a project for a 3D paper challenge.  PLS also just released a new line called "Monsieur" that you totally MUST check out- it's awesome! I've been playing with it all week and will be able to share my projects soon :)

Alright- lastly is some news about my class over at Miss Arts Papercrafting School!!  I'm so excited to share these projects and videos with you all, I've been working on them for months so I really hope you enjoy the lessons :)  Here's a class description and a few sneak peeks of the projects I'll be sharing:

From Girly to Burly
Menswear has recently become a hot fashion trend.  Television shows and magazines are full of ideas for taking something designed for men and making it feminine.  As papercrafters, we often have to do the opposite.  While girly embellishments abound, masculine details can be harder to find.  In From Girly to Burly, Cassie Cyr equips you with tools, tips, and inspiration for using flowers, hearts, ribbons and more on pages that are thoroughly burly.  In 5 easy-to-follow videos, Cassie walks you through transforming your stash to make it much more boy friendly.  Miss Art’s Papercrafting School opens up your options and give you fresh ideas for creating masculine beauties on May 1, 2012.

Well I hope that makes up for my lack of posting :) I'll be back soon with more!
